DOWNLOAD the complete US Vulcan fossil fuel CO2 emissions data product and the associated readme files. We have made the data available in a variety of file formats, spatial resolution, grid, and sectors to enable widespread use.

NOTE: The binary files are written as fortran "binary" files.
